Gaza City - SANA

Israeli airstrikesonGazakilled 15 Palestinians and wounded others Sunday, as the humanitarian crisis deepened and the health system faced collapse, local media reported.

Warplanes targeted several neighborhoods in Gaza City including Sabra, Zeitoun, Tel al-Hawa and areas near al-Ahly Hospital killing 11 people, according to the Palestinian official news agency WAFA.

Hospitals in southern Gaza were overwhelmed by the influx of residents fleeing northern areas. Sohaib al-Hommos, director of the Kuwaiti Hospital, warned the facility may be forced to shut outpatient clinics within days because of dwindling supplies, noting no aid has arrived since March.

There are no safe zones in the south. Every area is overcrowded, dangerous and lacking basic services, al-Hommos told WAFA.
