KUWAIT, 28th May, 2026 (WAM) -- The Kuwaiti Army's air defences intercepted and destroyed drones and missiles on Thursday morning.

In a statement carried by the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), the Army's General Staff said the loud explosions heard in some parts of Kuwait resulted from the interceptions and urged the public to abide by safety instructions.
